The works to be exhibited in Flow, which is 70 meters wide and has 280 square meters of display walls, include nearly 300 works that include the artist’s different artistic approaches. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore Kandinsky’s understanding of abstract art and his artistic evolution in six different periods. The exhibition takes its name from the painters’ association “Der Blaue Reiter” (The Blue Rider), which Kandinsky founded with Franz Marc in 1912. Considered one of the turning points of modern art, this organization was a manifesto that deeply questioned art and thought. The figure of the cavalry, which the artist frequently included in his works, stands out as an important symbol that points to Kandinsky’s changing periods and the transformation in his understanding of art. The exhibition “The Journey of the Blue Horseman” reinterprets this symbolism with the possibilities of digital art.

Art and Technology

Using the power of digital art to bring art and technology together, this exhibition offers the opportunity to rediscover Kandinsky’s works from a different perspective. The Journey of the Blue Horseman, which stands out as one of CerModern’s innovative projects, promises viewers an impressive visual experience at the intersection of art and thought.

Combining the power of abstract art with digital art, the exhibition can be seen at CerModern until March 30.
