Turkey’s first international art fair focused on media art, Noise_Media Art, will bring together Istanbul with technology, art, and music from January 12 to January 21, 2024. With the support of German Legend, representing innovation, courage, and freedom, the event will kick off at Alan Kadıköy with the OI_Music Powered by German Legend music program and will extend to various venues such as Kadıköy Kent Museum, Alan Kadıköy, Yeldeğirmeni Church, and Haliç Sanat/Fener Houses.

This unique event aims to unite art enthusiasts interested in exploring various facets of media art. The Noise_Media Art fair will host a rich content, including interactive installations, digital artworks, and different forms of media art. The OI_Music program, led by German Legend, will feature leading figures from the music world, providing participants with an unforgettable experience.

Following its commencement at Alan Kadıköy, the event aims to enliven Istanbul’s art and culture scene with activities at significant venues such as Kadıköy Kent Museum, Alan Kadıköy, Yeldeğirmeni Church, and Haliç Sanat/Fener Houses. Celebrating the creativity and interaction of media art, Noise_Media Art aims to offer participants a unique experience.

Noise_Media Art aims to bring together pioneering artists, galleries, institutions, and art professionals working on the relationship between technology and art. In the inaugural edition of the fair, the role of the chief curator is undertaken by Dominique Moulon, while the creative direction is led by Arda Yalkın and the art direction is handled by Hande Şekerciler.

Representing strong figures in media art, international galleries such as DAM, Kate Vass Gallery, Elektra, Julie Caredda, will be joined by significant Turkish galleries like Art On, Sanatorium, Pilot, Siyah Beyaz Galeri, known as specializing in showcasing the works of pioneering artists who go beyond traditional mediums in art production.
