Hyunsik’s work draws inspiration from the East Asian philosophical concept of emptiness, redefining the Western notion of nothingness and focusing on the life force found within the void. His pieces are influenced by Korean master Yun Hyong-keun, as well as Abstract Expressionists like Mark Rothko and Agnes Martin.

This exhibition not only marks Hyunsik’s debut in Türkiye but also offers a profound exploration of East Asian aesthetics through modern techniques. Art enthusiasts are invited to experience the essence of “Intended Blank” firsthand, discovering the layers of silence, infinity, and divinity embedded within Hyunsik’s pieces.
