The Culture and Tourism Ministry has announced that the Ephesus Experience Museum, located in the ancient city of Ephesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has won the prestigious Mondo-Dr Award.

In a written statement, the ministry highlighted that the Ephesus Experience Museum distinguished itself from its competitors, gaining international recognition by winning the Mondo-Dr Award, one of the world’s most esteemed accolades in technology, design, and exhibition. The award ceremony, organized by the U.K.-based Mondiale Publishing magazine, took place in Las Vegas on June 12 this year.

The seventh edition of the Mondo-Dr Awards saw the Ephesus Experience Museum surpass notable institutions such as the Paris Eternal Mucha and Denmark’s Carl Nielsen and Regan Vest. In the finals, it competed against the Aramco VIP Visitor Center in Riyadh, India in Fashion in India, and Dome Des in Paris, ultimately securing the top spot in the “Museums” category. Last year’s winner in this category was the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
