PRODUCT PURCHASES
Your credit card transaction is processed securely via a Payment Service Provider, and your card data is not stored by us.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of printed products such as magazines and newspapers once they have been dispatched. However, if you never received your printed product or received the wrong product, please contact our customer service, and we will resolve the issue. If a product is subject to additional terms regarding eligibility for refunds or exchanges, this will be clearly stated. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices are stated in TR as specified on your purchase receipt and must be paid in the currency of sale. When a purchase is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate is determined by the customer’s bank. Sales taxes, such as GST or VAT, may be collected according to local laws and, where applicable, converted at a rate determined by the customer’s bank.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
ArtDog Istanbul reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and be aware of modifications.
