Istanbul Modern has achieved recognition on National Geographic’s “Best of the World” list, following its inclusion in Architectural Digest’s “Works of Wonder” list for 2024 in January.

Selected as one of the “Top 20 Cultural Hot Spots” by the esteemed editors of National Geographic, Istanbul Modern was specifically acknowledged as a museum “worth a trip.” The museum’s new building, viewing terrace, and elegant restaurant were highlighted in the article, along with the praise for Fahrelnissa Zeid’s abstract paintings and video works housed in the museum.
