DELIVERY
Your orders will be processed and prepared for delivery at the end of your order. After order confirmation, your items will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided at the conclusion of your order. The products covered by the contract will be delivered to the Buyer by a shipping company determined by the Seller. Shipping costs and insurance fees, if any, will be paid by the Buyer upon delivery.
After payment is processed, the estimated delivery period by UPS shipping varies between 1 day and 2 weeks.
The Seller is not liable for damages that may occur during shipping and delivery. If the Buyer notices damage upon receipt, they have the right to refuse the shipment. If damage or loss of usage due to shipping occurs, the Buyer must obtain a damage assessment report from the shipping company’s representative before signing the delivery slip and must return the damaged goods along with this report to the shipping company representative. Otherwise, responsibility for damages or usage losses arising from shipping will lie with the Buyer, and the product cannot be returned. If the Seller determines that the defect occurred before shipping, replacement and reshipping will take up to 7 business days once the damaged item is returned to the Seller’s warehouse. If the product cannot be supplied, the Seller will refund the Buyer according to the terms specified in this contract.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days after receiving the product or after it has been delivered to the address/person indicated by the Buyer. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify via email to contact@artdogistanbul.com within this period, provided the product remains unused in accordance with applicable terms. In case of exercising this right, the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt indicating shipment to Sonetrol must be returned. The product price will be refunded within 7 days after receiving these documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal obligations will not be refunded. Return shipping costs due to withdrawal are borne by the Buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as single-use products, reproducible software and programs, perishable items, or items past their expiration date. The right of withdrawal is only applicable if the product’s packaging remains unopened, undamaged, and the product itself unused.
Additionally, products customized or specially manufactured according to the consumer’s specific requests or personal modifications are not eligible for withdrawal.
If payment is made by credit card or similar payment methods, the consumer can request a cancellation of the payment on grounds of unauthorized or unlawful use of their card. In this case, the card issuer refunds the payment amount to the consumer within 30 days following the notification of objection.
