Artweeks Istanbul readies to take place between 3 and 16 November with the participation of 22 galleries from Turkey. The event, which takes place at Bilgili Holding venues at Akaretler will be hosting panels and art talks for two weeks.

This year the event will host galleries such as, Pilevneli, PG Art Gallery, Anna Laudel, X-İst, MERKUR Gallery, Gallery  Siyah Beyaz, Öktem Aykut, Ferda Art Platform, Martch, İyilik İçin Sanat, Galeri Nev İstanbul, Gallery Bosfor, Doğançay Museum, Şerife Bilgili Ercantürk, Mine Art gallery, Muse Contemporary, One Arc Gallery, Gallery Kairos, and Cengiz Yatağan.

Toyota, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Culture Inc., Beşiktaş Municipality, Samsung, Aposto, ArtDog, Jotun, Fiolas, and Doğtaş are among the supporters of the event.

Artweeks Akaretler is an event in the heart of Istanbul, where historical houses are lined up one after the other. The event offers more than just art; it provides the opportunity to discover works from various art disciplines. It brings together art enthusiasts and artists while celebrating diversity and creativity.

Exclusive exhibition for Haluk Akakçe

Artist Haluk Akakçe’s atelier and house, who recently passed away will also be opened for visitors during Artweeks between 3-16 November, upon the request of his wife Nevzat Beyazıt Akakçe.
